Rowdy behavior at St. Patrick's Day Parade has Boston leader demanding change

City Councilor Ed Flynn, who represents the neighborhood, is pushing to move the historic St. Patrick’s Day Parade out of South Boston if drinking, fighting and property destruction don’t end.
