Salisbury Woman Charged With Killing Boyfriend

An autopsy determined that Leroy Fowler died of ethylene glycol poisoning, according to the Essex District Attorney’s Office. Fowler’s girlfriend, 64-year-old Judy Church, was arrested Thursday.
