Starving ‘Vegan' Baby Found Near Death; Parents Arrested

Police say the couple’s vegan diet contributed to their 5-month-old son’s near-starvation. Cops said the couple ignored doctors’ advice on the type of formula consistent with their vegan lifestyle and instead spoonfed him a mashed-potato-based compound the mother had found on the internet.
