Democratic Activist Steve Kerrigan Running for Massachusetts 3rd Congressional Seat

Steve Kerrigan, a native of Lancaster, has been involved in the democratic party for decades and now he wants to serve in Congress, officially entering the race for Massachusetts’ third congressional district. As many as 10 democrats and two republicans plan to vie for the seat.
