Substitute Teacher Allegedly Smears Feces on Little Girl's Birthday Picnic Tables in Revenge Act

A Florida substitute teacher is accused of smearing human feces on picnic tables and benches where a little girl’s birthday party was set to be held in an act of revenge. The child is the daughter of the school principal, and the teacher apparently wasn’t happy with the way the principal handled a complaint. WFLA’s Peter Bernard reports.
