Uniquely New England: Sunny, a Bright Spot in Framingham

A woman in Framingham is taking her important message on the road. Her name is Sunny. She is 87 years old and she has a simple sign with a big message. The sign reads, “United not divided. Say no to racism. BE KIND.” It all started a year and four months ago when she wanted to go to a rally in Boston to protest President Trump’s immigration policy but she couldn’t make it, so she went to the Framingham intersection of Edgell Road and Water Street instead.
