Suspected Drugged Driver Appears in Court

A Massachusetts woman accused of being high behind the wheel in connection with a fatal crash on Interstate 95 in Reading last August made a brief appearance in court Tuesday for a hearing as the family of the man killed in the crash read a statement on his behalf.
