Testimony continues in Harmony Montgomery murder trial

The Adam Montgomery murder trial resumed Tuesday and his attorneys worked to exclude Kayla Montgomery’s testimony from the jury deliberations. His attorneys filed that motion Tuesday morning. With that, it’s possible the judge will take it up at some point in the day. Adam is accused of killing his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony Montgomery. The judge believes this case could go to the jury by the end of the week.
