How Training for Bomb Techs Has Changed 5 Years After Marathon Bombings

The head of the state police bomb squad says frankly, they weren’t ready for the Boston Marathon bombings because they weren’t expecting that level of attack. Since then, they have vowed to never let it happen again. Standard training now includes disarming the type of elbow pipe bombs used in the marathon bombings.
