Trick-or-Treaters Brave the Weather in Back Bay

Despite the rainy conditions, many people still dressed in their best Halloween costumes and went in search of treats. Boston residents said it was even busier than usual, as dozens of other communities cancelled Halloween night festivities due to expected bad weather.
