Video Shows 2011 MBTA Escalator Malfunction in Back Bay

A Rhode Island couple spoke for the first time about their experience in a 2011 escalator malfunction that was similar to one that happened this weekend at the same station. The NBC10 Boston Investigators found dozens of incidents across the Boston area where people were injured at T stations.
