Viewer Seeks Help Getting Groupon Refund

Many events have been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. When one Massachusetts family who bought tickets to an event in New Hampshire couldn’t get a refund through Groupon for their canceled event, they reached out to NBC10 Boston Responds for help.
