Walsh: Boston's COVID-19 Positivity Below 4%, ‘Gradual' In-Person Learning to Begin

In a COVID-19 update, Mayor Marty Walsh says Boston’s coronavirus positivity rate remains at 2.7%. If the rate continues to stay below 4%, in-person learning will begin in the city.
