Mother Appeared to OD on Camera Admits to Wrongdoing in Court

Mandy McGowan, a New Hampshire mother who was caught on camera after passing out from an apparent overdose while at Family Dollar with her young daughter, appeared in court Friday as her attorney asked for a child endangerment charge to be dropped.
