‘Very Unusual': Chief Talks About Boy Calling Police on Father

Chief James Fitzpatrick of the Lawrence Police Department says an 11-year-old boy was “very brave” to call authorities after finding drugs, thought to be a mix of heroin and fentanyl, apparently belonging to his father.
