Women’s participation in the workforce is at a three-decade low, just one year after women held the majority of non-farm jobs in the U.S. for the first time in history. It’s a fact that women are being impacted especially hard by the COVID crisis when it comes to job loss, the cuts extra deep in the restaurant industry.
