Police said at the time of Martin's arrest, he was wanted on several additional warrants including one issued out of Roxbury District Court for assault while armed with intent to murder in connection to a non-fatal shooting that occurred just prior to the fatal shooting of Cole.
It's unclear when Martin will appear in court to face charges.
