Coffee: It's Good for Your Health, Study Says

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health researchers have released their findings

It's a must have for many in the morning: a cup of coffee.

How Many Cups of Coffee Do You Drink a Day?

And, researchers at Harvard say drinking moderate amounts each day may protect you from heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson's disease and gallstones.

The study defines moderate as two to five cups of coffee per day.

The study was observational. Researchers drew conclusions based on the differences between the number of disease cases in coffee drinkers versus non-drinkers.

It proved to be true for people who drank either caffeinated or decaf.
