Three people are in the hospital after a crash that ended with a guardrail breaking through the driver's side windshield early Friday morning in Barnstable, Massachusetts.
The people were taken to Cape Cod Hospital for their injuries after the crash around 1:16 a.m. in the area of 2175 Service Road, along the Mid-Cape Highway.
