A Rhode Island man will be arraigned Monday after he was allegedly caught trying to steal from a car dealership in Massachusetts.
Rehoboth police say 49-year-old Michael Farias of Warwick had a screwdriver, a pair of gloves and a flashlight on him when he was caught Friday night.
