A tractor trailer caught fire Thursday night on Interstate 495 in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
Traffic on the southbound side of the highway was down to one lane as crews responded. The fire broke out just before Exit 38.
Fire officials in town confirmed around 8:30 p.m. that the fire had been put out. Crews were working to remove the truck from the road.
In photos captured by Twitter user Scott B before the fire was extinguished, flames could be seen on the ground beside the truck.
