A local group of Italian eateries has gotten a bit smaller, as it has closed its only North Shore location.
According to a Facebook post from All Marblehead, Comella's on Atlantic Avenue has shut down, with a sign out front saying "Thank you for 5 years of business" while referring customers to their other locations. With the closing of the Marblehead shop, the only remaining outlets directly north of Boston are in Melrose and Winchester.
Existing locations of Comella's can be found in Bedford, Belmont, Chestnut Hill, Concord, Hingham, Melrose, Natick, Needham, Wellesley, West Newton, West Roxbury, Westwood, and Winchester.
The address for this now-closed dining spot in Marblehead was: Comella's, 50 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead, MA, 01945. The website for all locations can be found at: http://www.comellasrestaurants.com/
