Vacationers from New England will soon have a much more efficient way of getting to Hawaii.
Hawaiian Airlines is ready to announce a brand new nonstop flight from Logan International Airport in Boston to Honolulu International Airport that will debut on April 4, 2019.
The flight, which is scheduled to take about 10 hours, is reportedly the longest domestic flight in U.S. history. The 5,100-mile path surpasses the New York City-Honolulu flight established in 2012.
Round trip flights will cost $617 in the main cabin and $1,776 in first class, the Globe said.
