Lotus Flower in Framingham Has Closed; Exact Status Unknown

A Chinese and Japanese restaurant in the western suburbs that has been around for many years has closed, and it is not known whether it will reopen again.

According to a source, Lotus Flower in Framingham is no longer in business, with a Framingham Forward article and a Framingham Source post confirming that the Cochituate Road eatery is indeed shuttered. The former hints that this may be a permanent closure while the latter mentions that it may just be a "summer break" based on a sign out front, but our source tells us that the restaurant has been removed from the lotuscuisine.com site which includes Lotus Blossom in Sudbury and Changsho in Cambridge.

As soon as we find out the exact status of Lotus Flower, we will post an update here.

The address for Lotus Flower is 341 Cochituate Road (Route 30), Framingham, MA, 01701.
