Multiple vehicles were submerged early Monday in Chelsea, Massachusetts due to flooding.
Eleven cars were stalled, six were towed and five were able to move by themselves, according to Massachusetts State Police.
The incident was reported near Webster Avenue and Revere Beach Parkway.
No injuries were immediately reported.
