A New Hampshire man is expected to face a judge on multiple child pornography charges on Tuesday.
Nashua police announced Tuesday that Daniel Hebert, 62, has been charged with ten counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Images.
On Jan. 16, a New Hampshire probation and parole officer told Nashua police that Hebert might be involved in an "internet offense." The Criminal Investigation Division joined the investigation and found pictures of child sex abuse on Hebert's cell phone.
A warrant for Hebert's arrest was subsequently issued; however, it's unclear when he was arrested. Hebert refused bail and will stay in jail leading up to his arraignment.
His arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday at the Hillborough County Superior Court-South. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
