Police have located a missing three-year-old New Hampshire child who had last been seen with his biological mother.
Londonderry Police said Wednesday morning that Anthony Nicolosi had been safely located along with his mother, Malinda Nicolosi, 46.
Authorities said Malinda Nicolosi was in "defiance of a court order" which grants the boy's father full custody.
The child and mother were last seen in Londonderry on Nov. 1, according to police.
An active warrant for her arrest had been issued for interference with custody contrary to RSA.
