A Boston pedestrian was hit by a car outside the Encore Boston Harbor Resort early Sunday morning, authorities say.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was brought to Massachusetts General Hospital, according to Boston police.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police say that they are still looking for the driver of the vehicle.
