It's here.
Marvel Studios revealed the much anticipated trailer to "Avengers 4: Endgame" Friday, and it looks like fans of the series better prepare for an emotional rollercoaster.
Without giving away too many plot points, the trailer picks up with the few surviving heroes from "Avengers: Infinity War" picking up the pieces after Thanos has eliminated half the population of the universe, with many Avengers among the dead. Tony Stark is still adrift in space far from home, running low on food and air. Back on Earth, Captain America and the Black Widow are struggling to regroup, while Thor and Bruce Banner are busy looking lost and despondent.
One Avenger absent from the last film does make a surprise return in the trailer (Hey there Hawkeye), as does the diminutive Ant-man, who, much to the surprise of Captain America and the Black Widow, is still very much alive.
"Avengers: Endgame" arrives in theaters April 26.
