A Massachusetts man is accused of driving drunk with an open container with his two young children in the car.
Forty-five-year-old Grant Cook of 16 Wollaston Ave. in Arlington was arraigned Thursday at Cambridge District Court in Medford on a slew of charges in connection.
Belmont police say they arrested Cook on Tuesday just before 8 a.m. after he was stopped in his car.
This is Cook's second drunk driving offense, police say.
