A man has been found guilty of murder in the killing of a woman who was pregnant with his child -- nearly five years ago.
Quoizel Wilson has been convicted of the murder of 23-year-old Trudie Hall on Cape Cod.
Hall was shot to death; her body was not found for over two years.
Prosecutors say Wilson fatally shot Hall in July 2010. Hall, of Nantucket, Massachusetts, was reported missing when she didn't return home from a trip to the Cape.
Her remains was found in April 2012 by a man walking his dog in a wooded area.
