Six people were arrested and at least a dozen injured following the loss to the Eagles, with students throwing firecrackers, glass bottles and more and climbing trees and poles.
Climbable structures were removed ahead of this year's celebration, but that didn't stop some fans from climbing trees.
At the University of Rhode Island, an estimated 2,500 people poured onto Butterfield Road and reportedly left behind fire dumpster fires, several overturned trash cans and uprooted stop signs.
