A man was rushed to the hospital for a laceration on his leg after an incident at the MBTA's Symphony Station.
A man was seen in the track area at Symphony Station around 6 a.m., according to the MBTA. It wasn't immediately clear how he was injured.

Boston EMS confirmed that they treated and took the man to an area hospital via ambulance Wednesday morning. The incident is under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
