Verma Foundation's CAPWALK Boston Fashion Show to Feature Cancer Patient Models, Patriots Players

A fashion show featuring cancer patients and popular New England Patriots players hosted by NBC10 Boston's Natasha Verma is just weeks away, and tickets are still available.

On Sept. 10, the Verma Foundation, together with NBC10 Boston, will host CAPWALK Boston Fashion Show at Publico Boston.

The models will be women fighting cancer at Boston-area hospitals, and they'll be escorted by New England Patriots players Devin McCourty, Duron Harmon, Rob Ninkovich and Troy Brown, along with pro boxer Heather Hardy.

Besides fashion, the show will also offer food, drinks and a live auction and raffle with fabulous prizes.

All proceeds of the fashion show will go toward giving free, high-quality cap wigs to women and children battling cancer.

Verma was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin's lymphoma in August 2017 and is now in remission. Through her 501c3 non-profit, the Verma Foundation, she gives free cap wigs to women and children fighting cancer. Since the foundation's launch in February, 350 cap wigs have been given to cancer patients across the United States.
