A man died after being stabbed in East Boston on Christmas Eve, according to the Boston Police Department.
Police found the victim with life-threatening injuries when they responded to reports of a stabbing on Sumner Street in Maverick Square around 9:07 p.m.
He was transported to a local area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
No further information was immediately available.
