Police are investigating a break-in at a Bank of America branch in Boston early Monday morning.
Boston police said they received a call around 1:41 a.m. for a report of a breaking and entering at the Bank of America branch at 175 Federal St. Responding officers found a window shattered. They set up a perimeter and requested a K-9 unit to respond to the scene.

The suspect had barricaded himself inside a storage closet, and Boston Fire performed a forced entry and police were able to take him into custody.
The suspect, identified by police as 44-year-old Antoine Washington, of Boston, is expected to appear in Boston Municipal Court later in the day to face breaking and entering and destruction of property charges. Washington also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Philadelphia.
