MBTA officials say a power surge in the city of Boston has impacted countdown clocks, station lighting, and elevators/escalators.
The surge occurred just before 9 a.m. Wednesday, according to an MBTA tweet.
The MBTA apologized for the inconvenience.
Spokesperson Joe Pesaturo said all facilities had power again a short time later.
