Famous chef Rachael Ray visited Boston and made her classic citrus sangria to pair with two of her favorite Boston dishes.
Rachael had two of her favorite dishes from Doretta Tavern and Raw Bar and Little Donkey delivered to go along with the sangria.
She even shared the recipe for the sangria:

1 bottle crisp, dry white wine
1/2 cup St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 cup limoncello
1 lemon, sliced
1 pink grapefruit, sliced
2 limes, sliced
Seltzer or Club Soda
Large bunch of fresh mint, for garnish
Add all ingredients to a large ice filled pitcher and stir.
Servce in ice filled goblets, top with club soda and garnish with mint sprig.
Rachael was in town to do a taping for NBC Boston's program "The Hub Today" a shoot with NBC Boston's Latoyia Edwards and Brian Shactman.
She also sat down and answered a few questions about Boston:
NBC Boston: What are your top 5 favorite restaurants in Boston to visit?
It's about a top two. I love and I'm old dear friends with Michael Schlow and Kenny Oringer, so I pretty much just rotate between all of their restaurants ... I met Kenny at uni years ago, the Donkey is his latest. Doretta is Michael Schlow's latest, kind of a hip Greek-tavern type of place.
What are some of your favorite dishes at those restaurants?
Anything my friends feed me. I'm an equal-opportunity eater, I do not discriminate against food, never have, never will.
What is your favorite Boston landmark to visit?
I don't have favorites ... I'm an adventurous kind of a gal.
What is your go-to recipe for a quick meal?
Pasta. My husband's favorite is carbonara, which is actually perfect for 24, because it's bacon and eggs, so it's really legitimate to eat it for breakfast or in the middle of the night.
Pick a Boston sports team to watch play and why?
I am a Red Sox fan. My husband is with me so please don't make me say that any louder than this because I gotta ride home with him and he is a Yankee fan.
