A man was found dying of a gunshot wound in Derry, New Hampshire, Monday night, and a man is now facing a felony charge in the death, police said Tuesday.
Tyler Andrews was found wounded in a Linlew Drive apartment building's hallway about 8:20 p.m., local police said. The 24-year-old Derry resident was rushed to Manchester's Elliot Hospital but died of his injuries.
Derry police investigating Andrews' death later arrested Justin Best, from Londonderry, on a felony charge of reckless conduct.
He'll be arraigned on Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney who could speak to the charge.
