Uno Pizzeria & Grill has been making an effort to get back to its roots with a more pizza-focused menu and a smaller footprint that evokes its original location in a Chicago brownstone.
Now, the Norwood-based company is moving for the first time in earnest into hotel properties — seeing an opportunity to give hotels and their guests a better known and more distinctive offering than what hotels might typically offer.
