Alec Baldwin to Host SNL for Record-Breaking 17th Time

This will be the 17th time that Baldwin hosts SNL

Alec Baldwin will return to host "Saturday Night Live" for a record-breaking 17th time on Feb. 11.

Baldwin’s impressions of President Donald Trump have drawn criticisms from the new Commander-in-Chief, who has tweeted that the show has become a “hit job” and that it is “biased” and “unwatchable.” Baldwin once responded to Trump on Twitter, stating that he would stop the impersonations when Trump releases his tax returns.

Baldwin has just under three weeks to prep for the many Trump skits that are likely to come.

In the same show on Feb. 11, Ed Sheeran will return for his second time as SNL’s musical guest. His much anticipated album, “÷” will be released Mar. 3.
