Freak Hailstorm Dumps Over 4 Feet of Ice on Guadalajara, Mexico

Photos show ice covering the streets of Guadalajara, Mexico, after a freak hailstorm moved across the region, according to Jalisco Gov. Enrique Alfaro. The freak hailstorm buried cars and damaged homes in dumping more than four feet of ice in a region known for hot weather.
