The man charged in connection with the shooting death of a Woburn, Massachusetts, police officer heads to court Wednesday.
Scott Hanright is facing a first degree murder charge in the death of Officer John Maguire.
Middlesex County Prosecutors allege Hanright was the lookout and getaway driver during the robbery of the jewelry department at Kohl's the day after Christmas in 2010.
Officer Maguire was killed in a shootout with Dominic Cinelli, who was also killed in the shootout.
