One person suffered serious injuries in a shooting in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood on Friday afternoon.
Police said the shooting occurred around 2 p.m. in the parking lot of a restaurant and convenience store at the intersection of Seaver Street and Humboldt Avenue.

Police Commissioner William Evans said the victim - a 25-year-old male - was sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle when someone came up to the window and shot him.
He was taken to Boston Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds, where he remains in serious condition.
Evans said the investigation remains very active, and police are talking to witnesses and looking for surveillance video.
He said the suspect was wearing black pants and a black sweatshirt.
