A 65-year-old man was killed after being hit by a train in Massachusetts on Tuesday, according to the district attorney's office.
Authorities say Raymond Regan of Leominster was walking on a railroad trestle crossing the Millers River in Athol when he was hit by a train.
He was taken to Athol Memorial Hospital, where he died just before noon.
