Boston Logan International Airport ranked 16th out of 19 in J.D. Power's 2018 North America Airport Satisfaction Study.
According to the new study, Logan Airport ranked just below Miami International Airport and just above Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
Logan's overall score of 747 out of 1,000 made it an "about average" mega airport.
Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and Orlando International Airport tied for first place. The last on the list was Newark Liberty International Airport.
According to the study, average approval ratings in North American airports has increased to 761, up 12 points from last year's score of 749.
Now in its 13th year, the study poled 40,183 North American travelers who had traveled through at least one domestic arirport. Factors contributing to the rankings include check-in/baggage check; security check; food, beverage and retail; accessibility; terminal facilities; and baggage claim.
