Lulu Green to Open in South Boston

It looks like a dining spot focusing on healthy fare is on its way to South Boston, and it appears that it will take over the space where an eatery featuring salads and noodle bowls had been.

According to a Twitter post from @stevebikes, Lulu Green is opening on West Broadway, with the photo posted within the tweet indicating that it will move into the former Shredded space. (This has also been confirmed by a source.) The upcoming spot will apparently be focusing on vegan fare, as its Facebook page says "Plant-based cooking done remarkably well. Carnivores welcome" while a Yelp page indicates that it will be a cafe, bakery, and juice bar. The Yelp page says that Lulu Green plans to open sometime this fall.

Shredded closed last December after being in business for less than a year.

The address for Lulu Green will be 246 W Broadway, South Boston, MA, 02127. Its website will be at https://lulugreen.com/
