A man who fell out of a tree while working outside a home in Rowley, Massachusetts on Thursday morning has died, according to police.
The man, identified as 34-year-old David Bova, of Salem, New Hampshire, was preparing to remove a tree branch when he suddenly fell 50 feet to the ground.
Bova was taken to Anna Jacques Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Essex County District Attorney's office said foul play is not suspected but the matter remains under investigation.
