A woman died in New Bedford, Massachusetts after a car crash on Friday evening.
Massachusetts State Police say they responded to 911 calls regarding a multi-vehicle crash on Route 140 at around 5:10 p.m.
Authorities say 28-year-old Julia Luiz was driving a Toyota Camry that became disabled in the left lane.
Luiz was outside her car in the roadway when the vehicle was struck by a 63-year-old man from New Bedford driving an SUV and following that, the car was struck by another car, driven by a 58-year-old man from Rochester.

None of the other drivers were injured in the crash. No charges have been filed.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
