The owner of a severely emaciated pit bull in New Hampshire has turned herself in more than a month after the dog was taken to the hospital.
The underfed dog was originally taken to Manchester Animal Hospital.
The owner, Megan Ramos-Heredia, 28, turned herself in to Manchester police on Wednesday.
